Sabbath Burger
Material:
- 1 can of Ayam Brand™ Saba Chili, drained
- 1 eggs
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ⅓ cup onion, chopped
- ¼ cup celery, chopped
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, chopped
- teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pinch Worcestershire sauce
- 4 burger patties
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 4 large lettuce leaves
How to make:
- Mix the saba, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, red pepper, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and shape into 3-4 patties.
- Chill in the fridge for about 40 minutes to make it easier to shape.
- Remove from fridge, heat a skillet with some cooking oil, then grill the patties for about 2 minutes on each side over medium heat.
- Make your burger with grilled burger buns, some tomatoes, lettuce and your choice of sauce.
