Crab & Jmur Rolls
Material:
- 100g Ayam Brand™ Crab Meat
- 75g Ayam Brand™ Whole Mushroom, sliced
- 10 pieces of spring roll skin
- 2 pcs spring onion, sliced
- 2 large red chilies, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 50g onion, sliced
- 1 chicken egg
- tsp pepper
- tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- The oil for frying
How to make:
- Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add the Ayam Brand3 Crab Meat, the Ayam Brand™ Whole Mushroom, spring onions, red chilies, eggs and seasonings.
- Saute and stir until fragrant and evenly distributed, remove, let cool.
- Prepare the spring roll skins, fill with the stir-fry earlier, roll the spring roll skins, then fry until crispy.
