Rainbow Tuna Mihun
Material:
- 1 can of Ayam Brand™ Tuna Chunks in Olive Oil (with oil)
- 1 pack of noodles, soak for 5 minutes (not too soft) and drain
- Red, green and yellow peppers, thinly sliced, 1 each
- 2 shallots, finely sliced
- 8 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 for carrots, thinly sliced
- Oil for cooking
Spice:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Fish sauce to taste
- 3 tsp white pepper powder
- Calamansi lime cut in half and fried shallots to serve (optional)
How to make:
- Heat 50ml of oil in a pan and saute garlic until fragrant, add tuna with olive oil and fry for 3 minutes. Add carrots and fry for 1 minute.
- Pour in 300ml of water followed by the seasoning and bring to a boil. Add vermicelli and cover to simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and sauté until the vermicelli is cooked and all the liquid has evaporated. Add the paprika and spices to taste.
- Serve hot with lime juice and some fried shallots.
