Mackerel Grilled Rice
Material:
- 1 can of Ayam Brand™ Mackerel in Tomato Sauce
- 80g Ayam Brand™ Whole Mushroom, sliced
- 500g white rice
- 5 large red chilies, sliced
- 20g of basil leaves
- 3 stalks of lemon grass, sliced
- Banana leaves to wrap the rice
How to make:
- Mix rice, Chicken Brand™ Whole Mushroom, Chicken Brand™ Mackerel in Tomato Sauce and all ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Wrap the rice mixture in banana leaves.
- Burn until fragrant.
- Serve.
