Sardine Fried Rice
Material:
- 1 can of Ayam Brand™ Sardines in Tomato Sauce 155g
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cloves of garlic, puree
- ½ cup frozen mixed greens
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cups of cooked rice
How to make:
Preparation:
- First, mash the sardines with a fork.
- Peel and chop the onion. Crush and mince the garlic.
Frying:
- In a frying pan or wok, heat the oil then sauté the shallots and garlic until fragrant. Then add the vegetables, mix the rice and saute for a minute.
- Next, add the mashed sardines and mix well. Add a little salt and pepper.
- And set aside and divide the rice into 4 plates.
- For the eggs, fry the sunny side up eggs separately or regular fried eggs.
Presentation:
- Add a fried egg or sunny side up over the rice.
- Add some cucumber slices for garnish but also for crunchiness.
