Maple Mackerel
Material:
- 1 can of Chicken Brand™ Mackerel in Tomato Sauce
- Coconut oil for cooking
- 4 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, sliced
- ½ cup of petai
- 1 tbsp tamarind water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp chili powder
- ½ glass of water
How to make:
- Pour coconut oil into the pan. Add the sliced onions and garlic. Cook until slightly golden.
- Sprinkle chili powder and add tamarind water.
- Pour ½ cup of water into the cooking.
- Pour the entire contents of the Mackerel tin in the Tomato Sauce. Stir gently without damaging the fish.
- Add sliced tomatoes.
- Pour ½ bowl of petai and add salt. Let it boil.
- Serve and ready to serve.
