Fruit Pudding
Material:
- 2 cans of Ayam Brand™ Fruit Cocktail
- 2 sachets of agar powder
- 450ml fresh milk
- 2 tablespoons of basil seeds, soaked in water
- 250g sugar
- 1 liter of water
- Ice cubes as needed
How to make:
- Boil water until it boils.
- Add sugar, cook and stir until the sugar melts.
- Add agar-agar powder, cook and stir until well blended.
- Remove the agar-agar cooking water.
- Add fresh milk, basil seeds and Ayam Brand™ Fruit Cocktail, stir.
- Pour into molds, chill.
- Serve.
