Sardine Risoles
Material:
- 1 can of Ayam Brand™ Sardines in Tomato Sauce 425g, mashed
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp red chili (optional)
- 1 onion, chopped
- Sandwiches
- 2 egg, beaten
- Bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- The oil for frying
How to make:
- Pour the sardines into a bowl and mash.
- Add chopped chilies and chopped onions. Squeeze the lime juice and mix everything. Add salt and pepper according to taste.
- Spread the sardine mixture on a slice of bread and roll it carefully.
- Dip into beaten egg then roll in bread crumbs until covered.
- Fry until browned. Serve while still warm.
