Sardine Risoles
Material:
- 1 can of Ayam Brand™ Sardines in Tomato Sauce
- 200g of wheat flour
- 50g rice flour
- 30g basil
- 60ml mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- The oil for frying
How to make:
- Drain Brand™ Chicken Sardines in Tomato Sauce.
- Coat the fish with a mixture of flour and rice flour, fry until crispy.
- Sauté fish sauce with basil leaves.
- Serve the fish that has been fried crispy over the sauce.
- Topping with mayonnaise that has been mixed with chili sauce.
