Rolled Mackerel Sandwich
Material:
- 1 can of Ayam Brand™ Mackerel in Tomato Sauce
- 10 lbs of white bread
- 10 pieces of dried seaweed/seaweed/nori
- 10 lbs of lettuce
- 60ml mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 3 eggs, stir, make a thin omelet
How to make:
- Bake bread.
- Cover the bread with manyonnaise that has been mixed with tomato sauce.
- Cover with dried seaweed, then omelet, lettuce and fill the center with Ayam Brand™ Mackerel in Tomato on top.
- Roll with plastic wrapping.
- Serve the bread rolls sliced 1cm thick.
