Corn Crab Clear Soup
Material:
- 17g Ayam Brand™ Crab Meat
- 425g Ayam Brand™ Whole Kernel Corn in Water
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 large red chilies, finely sliced
- 1 eggs
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 500 ml of chicken broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Oil for frying
How to make:
- Saute garlic until fragrant.
- Add the Ayam Brand™ Whole Kernel Corn in Water, oyster sauce and soy sauce. Saute for a minute.
- Add the chicken broth, all the spices and the Ayam Brand™ Crab Meat.
- Cook until boiling.
- Add the melted cornstarch, stir until slightly thickened.
- Remove, serve (can be served with a sprinkling of toast).
