Tuna Curry With Potato Skins
Material:
- 185g Chicken Brand™ Curry Tuna
- 5 medium sized potatoes
- 30g of wheat flour
- 30g butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 100ml fresh milk
- tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 60ml mayonnaise
- The oil for frying
How to make:
- Cut the potatoes into 2 parts.
- Dredge the potato flesh to form a bowl.
- Deep fry the potato bowls until crispy.
- Sauté chopped garlic and potato until fragrant.
- Add flour, butter, fresh milk, and all the spices.
- Sauté until fragrant and thick.
- Prepare crispy fried potatoes.
- Fill with stir-fried potatoes.
- Topping with Chicken Brand™ Curry Tuna.
- Bake briefly in the oven.
- Serve with mayonnaise.
