tuna salad
Material:
- 1 can of Ayam Brand™ Tuna Light Flakes in Water
- 80g Chicken Brand™ Processed Peas
- 60g Ayam Brand™ Whole Kernel Corn
- 300g assorted lettuce leaves
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 100g green cucumber, sliced
- 100g jicama, sliced
- 100g croutons
Dressing:
- 50ml Alce Nero Olive Oil
- 30ml Alce Nero Organic Apple Vinegar
- 2 tsp coarse black pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
How to make:
- Mix all ingredients except croutons, stir until smooth.
- Mix all dressing ingredients, stir until evenly distributed.
- Drizzle the dressing over the vegetable mixture.
- Sprinkle with croutons.
