Spicy Pea Soup
Material:
- 185g Ayam Brand™ Baked Bean in Tomato Sauce, drain the sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 50g onion, roughly chopped
- 100g chicken meat, small slices
- ½ tsp dry rosemary
- 300 ml of chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ black pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp butter for sautéing
Complementary:
- 6 slices of baguette bread
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
How to make:
- Saute garlic and onion in butter until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken meat and Ayam Brand™ Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce, stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the chicken broth, rosemary and all the spices.
- Cook and stir until fragrant.
Making Garlic Bread:
- Mix the garlic and butter until evenly distributed.
- Spread on baguette slices.
- Lightly bake in the oven until crispy.
- Serve soup with garlic bread.
